Originating from the Midwest USA in Pontiac Michigan, HWT (formerly Half Way There) is 5 piece collective band with a laid back one drop reggae style. HWT is accustomed to playing late night shows at local breweries and Midwest Festivals. A positive vibe and camaraderie from mutual friends was established to form this band which strives to share unifying, positive and relate-able messages to listeners. The band consists of 5 friends which includes:  Aaron Brown (Keys/Vocals), Tim Schneider (Guitar/Vocals), Dave Schultz (Bass), Sean Catanese (Drums), and Josh Meyer (Lead Guitar). HWT released an EP called The Skeleton Sessions in 2017 available on iTunes, CD Baby and Spotify. 2 new singles have been released in 2019 and 2020 "Eyes on You" and “Revolution."
